New City Anglers has coarse fishing on Spytty Pond in Newport. Coarse fish stocks are high, with bream, tench, small carp, F1’s, roach, Rudd, Perch, and a few surprise species. Target fish Blue Orf, Koi & Albino Grass Carp. A family and community pond for everyone. Day tickets are available from the cabin on the tennis court side of the pond. If it’s not open just fish and a baliff will pick you up on the bank. Current price is £5 for a day ticket for 2 rods. New City Anglers welcome all as well as day tickets memberships are available.
