Gwent Angling Society has fishing on about 15 miles of water in South East Wales, primarily for game fish. This includes several excellent trout and salmon beats on the middle/lower Usk including Llan farm, Ty Mawr, Pen y Worllod, Abergavenny Town and Chainbridge Garry Evans. To fish these beats, anglers must join the club as full members. Apply to the secretary for details. Day tickets are available, to guests of members only. The club has a shared beat on the Usk with MTAA and ISCA, Abergavenny Town. This beat can be booked online with the Fishing Passport.
