The Brickfield pond local nature reserve is an area of open land close to the southwest edge of Rhyl, the predominant feature is a well established mixed fishery run by the Brickfield Angling Club.

The former clay pit spanning nearly 9 acres, with depths to over 20ft is home to Carp to over 30.lbs+, Bream, Pike 10.lbs+, Tench, Eels 6.lb, Roach 2.lb 9oz, Perch, Rudd & Ruffe.

Brickfield Angling Club controls the fishing on Brickfield Pond with season & day tickets available.
