Llwyn On Reservoir, also referred to as Llwyn Onn, is the lowest reservoir in the Cwmtaf valley, the one nearest Merthyr Tydfil, on the A470 between Merthyr Tydfil and Brecon. At 150 acres in size, Llwyn On is the largest of the three reservoirs in the Taff valley. It is well stocked with rainbow trout, good numbers of wild browns also being present. Fly, spinning and worming are permitted. Fishing is controlled by Welsh Water and day tickets are available online with the Fishing Passport or from the rangers unit at the Garwnant visitor centre, llwyn-on.
